my lower back pain was actually caused bu the fact that i had been walking wrong most of my life. i was placing my foot outwards on an angle every time i took a step. tyhis actually caused the muscles in my leg to twist out of place and put pressure on my back. i can tell u this much the massages hurt like to fix mu legs and back and learning how to walk proply makes you really unco!!! lol i have a pain in my upper back just behind my shoulder blades anything you can show me?

    That’s right BlueDemon.
Many people don’t understand the underlying pathology to back pain.

Most has a primary cause of flexibility. There can also be other issues, for eg. chronic knee pain causes you to alter your gait which in turn has an effect somewhere further along the chain.

Lou LenLie you need to open your mind a bit and consider other options before just deciding your back is stuffed.
