    With this exercise …
    With this exercise you are stretching the piriformis in your left leg. After stretching it, I suggest mobilizing the sciatica nerve. I cannot post link here (YT regulations), but I am talking about an exercise called “Sciatica Exercises against Sciatica Nerve Pain”.
    Basically you could perform the exercise with the leg that is in pain; but it won’t hurt if you do it with the other leg too.

    One tip: go as low as you can with the extended leg, and of course make sure you are in comfortable position.

    Why didn’t i think of that? I have exercise which does the same thing but i think this one is going to be much effective AND easier to do.
